What we know about you

We do not know your name

Not a joke — we genuinely do not store it. You have an ID that looks like TUTR-A1B2C3, and that is who you are here. Other students only ever see that ID, never anything else about you.

What we do store

• Which class you are in, and which exam you are aiming at.
• The tests you sit and the answers you give.
• How long you spend studying, and on what.
• Which topics you get wrong, so we can tell you what to revise.
• Your Neurons, your Tokens, your streak and where you are on the leaderboard.

Your parent can see most of it

The parent who set up your account can see your scores, your study time and the topics you are finding hard. They cannot see your password, and they cannot see your answers question by question.

This is not hidden from you and it is not meant to be a surprise. It is the reason the account exists — an adult has to agree before we are allowed to hold information about someone your age.

Nobody else sees it

We do not sell it. We do not show you adverts. We do not use trackers that follow you to other websites, and we do not build a profile of you to sell to anyone. There is no Google Analytics here, and no advertising of any kind.

What you can ask for

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask for it to be deleted. Ask the parent who set up your account, or write to [email protected].

If your account is deleted, your tests, scores and study history go with it.
